The Montana Mask Mandate

On July 15, 2020 Governor Steve Bullock issued a directive requiring face coverings in certain indoor spaces and for certain organized outdoor activities in counties currently experiencing four or more active cases of COVID-19 to slow the spread of the virus in Montana.

The directive requires that all business post signage at all public points of entry into their business. The sign must be "clearly visible" and must state: "Mask or face covering use required for ages five and older.”

Free posters and signs

I am a local graphic design artist based in the Flathead Valley and was making signs for a few businesses I do the websites for. Seeing as the state didn't put out a variety of high quality signs, I thought it would be prudent to share some of the posters I have made. Feel free to use the posters free of charge. If you would like any poster edited, have your logo added or one designed differently, I'm happy to make any alterations you want for a simple $5 charge. Simply contact me and I'll send you fresh print ready versions within 24 hours.

Different perspectives

I recognize businesses and their customers have different takes and opinions about the new mandate. With that said, I have tried to make signs that are appropriate for businesses that are supportive and discouraged by the recent order. If you want a different poster or wording, I am happy to make it, simply reach out here.
